Booking Terms & Conditions
- 50% deposit required to confirm the booking. By paying a deposit / providing credit card details you are deemed to have accepted our terms & conditions.
- Check-in 2pm – 8pm; Check-out 10am. Check-ins after 8pm by prior arrangement and may be by Night Porter.
- Cancellations one working day before arrival or same day as arrival will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of total booking amount.
- Holiday/Event periods: cancellation 7 working days prior to arrival will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of total amount.
- Group bookings (5 rooms or more): cancellation 10 working days prior to arrival will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of total amount; cancellation 5 working days prior to arrival will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of total amount.
- Refunding of deposits: handling fee of 10% of total booking amount.
- Damage to facilities for guests or guest's company account.
